The REAL Reason YouTube is hiding dislikes

Today, I’m going to tell you the REAL reason Youtube is removing their dislike system. Okay, so everyone knows that Youtube now does not have a dislike count on creators’ videos.

This is my screenshot from a video I went to.

Everyone is now trying to figure out why Youtube removed this and that’s what I’m going to show you today. First, if you google “why did youtube remove their dislikes?” and you scroll down a little, you’ll see this,

Youtube saying why they removed their dislikes. Then you say “Wow. I finally have my answer!” Well, that’s where you’re wrong. If you click on that link, you see this

This is my screenshot once again.

I am a new creator and this my opinion about this, I DON’T CARE IF I HAVE DISLIKES AND THE OTHER NEW CREATORS DON’T CARE, EITHER! So, that’s eliminated, then Youtube says this in the very first part of their video, “Hey folks, you may have seen a while back that Youtube announced it was experimenting with making dislike counts private to only the creator of the video.” This is literally the first thing they say! So, they say the creator might get their feelings hurt if they have dislikes, but then you say that the creators can still see the dislikes. WHAT?! Where else do they look to see how many dislikes they have? Then Youtube says “On YouTube Studio.” On YOUTUBE STUDIO. Then what’s the point of your “Creators are going to be sad.” thing? Since this clearly wasn’t the real reason Youtube removed this, I had to look further. Then suddenly I saw that political videos were getting a HUGE number of dislikes soon before the non-dislike count thing started. This theory made sense after constant research and came to that conclusion.
